Reporting a problem

To help us reproduce an issue, please include:

• Your browser and version (for example, Chrome 141 on Windows 11)
• The status text shown at the top right of the workspace
• The file type and length of the track you used, and the resolution and frame rate you chose
• The exact error message, if one appeared under the Render button

We never ask you to send your audio files. If a specific file causes a problem, describing it is usually enough.
